Welcome to Clover Ridge Place Iowa Assisted Living Association 2009 Property of the
Year
Clover Ridge Assisted Living and Alzheimer's Community is
dedicated to creating a warm, homelike environment for our residents. We
promote each residents individual lifestyle with dignity and independence, thus
encouraging their spirit to be nurtured.
The staff at Clover Ridge
regard our residents as members of our family and treat them with dignity,
respect, and the compassion that they so richly deserve. |
Clover Ridge Place is located in the small
rural community of Maquoketa, Iowa. Our community is located on the hill on the
west edge of Maquoketa. The view overlooks the city of Maquoketa with acres of
beautiful Iowa timber directly behind us.
"You never really leave a
place you love. You take part of it with you and leave part of you
behind."
Notes: Clover Ridge Place has several service options to meet
the individualized needs of each resident. |
Testimonials I have lived at Clover Ridge
for two years, and like so many other residents, I didn't want to come here, as
no one ever wants to leave their home, however, there was nothing there for me
at home anymore, except a big empty house. My family lives far away and many of
my friends are deceased or living in nursing homes. This is a beautiful
facility and we have wonderful staff and the residents are so friendly. We have
many interesting activities and entertainment; church services, exercise
classes and wonderful food! I am so thankful and happy that I am living here!

To me, Clover Ridge Place is "Heaven on Earth."
Everyone is so caring and helpful. It is such a pleasure living here!

Thank you for taking such good care of mom and dad. You
truly give them the love and support they needed in their last years. You are
not just part of a community at Clover Ridge, you are part of a family. You
also took great care of us, especially since mom got so sick. We felt you had a
beautiful community when we moved mom and dad in but have since learned and
appreciated that you gave a level of care and compassion that we could not have
gotten anywhere else. We will be eternally grateful for all you have done.

We love it here at
Clover Ridge Place! It is very family oriented and we have dedicated staff who
are here to help us all the time (just push a button!!) The food is great and
we have lots of activities such as games, exercises, music, worship! We have
housewarming parties to recognize our new residents and memorial services for
those who have passed away.

When I was living alone in my home, it became
a little more difficult for me to get around, as I lived in the country. I had
to walk across the road to get my mail and if I were to fall it may be hours
before I could get some help. Living here at Clover Ridge is a great piece of
mind not only for myself but also for those that love and care for me. I really
enjoy having the medication management services and the staff are always there
and ready to help at any time if I should ever need them.

Please accept my sincerest gratitude for the wonderful
care and kindness shown to Grace Rechtfertig during her stay with you,
especially in her final days and hours. I was very impressed with the skills,
versatility and compassion shown by the Clover Ridge staff. You are a special
group and should be proud of the important work you do!
